Secure credit card payments with Paypal

We choose Paypal to process credit payments. When you checkout, hit the 'Checkout with Paypal' button and you will be redirected to the Paypal website. You don't  have to join Paypal to make a credit card payment. After entering your details on the Paypal site you will be returned to this site to confirm your postage details and confirm. It's really easy. The beauty of Paypal is that we never, ever see your financial details, it is the safest and most convenient way to pay on the web.

How much is postage?

Australia-wide postage on all books is either $6.90 or free (books posted for free are mailed as a letter), see details section for each book.

What is this $6.90 all-you-can-read postage deal?

Buy as many books as you like and pay no more than $6.90 postage Australia-wide. This includes all our books and there are no limits, buy a whole truckload if  you like, postage will be no more than $6.90 Australia-wide. That's a bargain! This offer also applies to our eBay store, Army of Nerds. If you buy stuff from both this website and our eBay store just let us know and we will fix the postage on your invoices so you pay no more than $6.90.

Do we post outside Australia?

At the moment we only post within Australia. If you are desperately after one of our rare books please ask, note that international postage is quite expensive, though fast and reliable.

How do I know when you have received my payment?

I will send you an email to let you know the payment has been received and again when your treasure has been posted.

When will you post my treasure?

I do a post run every day of the week. All books are posted on the same day or business day following cleared payment. I will send an email to confirm when your goodies have been posted.

Can I return my purchases?

If you change your mind about your purchase you are welcome to send it back within two weeks of purchase for a full refund, please note postage is at your cost and we cannot be responsible should returned items go missing in the post.

What if my books are not in the condition described?

We work hard to make accurate descriptions of the condition of each book, plus we take multiple photos of each and every book so you know exactly what you are getting. 99.9% of the time we get it right, but if we make a mistake and your item is not as described we will cheerfully refund you, we make ask for the books to be sent back but if it is our mistake we will cover the return postage.

What if my books get lost in the post?

We will refund you in full in the very unlikely event that your item goes missing in the post. We will however ask you to wait up to four to six weeks as 99.9999999% of items show up  eventually.
