in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing in the post we will refund you, but please allow up to four weeks as 99.999% of parcels surface eventually.
you are welcome to return your purchase within 2 weeks for any reason for a full refund
if we make a mistake and your purchases are not as described in the item description and photos we will refund you
if you have any queries, questions, complaints or unsightly rashes please let us know, we are friendly folks, anything can be sorted with a smile and a keyboard.
