TRAVELS AND ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN - 1941 Nelson Edition

TRAVELS AND ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN - 1941 Nelson Edition
A collection of very tall stories by German nobleman Freiherr von Münchhausen, better known as Baron Munchausen. This cult classic was first published in 1785 and the inspiration of the Terry Gilliam film, The Adventures of Barpn Munchausen.

This is a small-ish (16.5 x 10.5 cms) vintage hard\cloth cover book from 1941, there's no printing date so I assume it is the first printing of this 1941 edition. The book is in very good condition, excellent for its age; clean with light reading wear and age; owner's details in pencil on first page; light edge wear and general wear. A lovely little book at a lovely little price. See photos for cover blurb and sample pages. The book in the photos is the actual book you will receive - we never use stock pictures - enjoy!
